Anger can be expensive

–The full line is that “anger is an expensive luxury in which only men of a certain income can indulge.” So unless you’re the capo and money is rolling in by the truckload, be prudent with your displays of anger. Like most emotions, people who abuse anger by dolling it out in uncontrolled bouts of rage risk losing the impact it’s designed to have. In other words, people won’t take you seriously if you’re a rage-aholic. If people stop taking you seriously, it will inevitably impact your bottom line. And in any business practice, diplomacy is an art form and anger is only one of the tools. With this lesson from my papa in mind, resort to anger only as a way of hammering something home when other methods have failed.

“Anger is never without a reason, but seldom with a good one”

“Anger is only a natural reaction; one of the mind’s ways of reacting to things that it percieves to be wrong. While anger can sometimes lead people to do shocking things,it can also be an instinct to show people that something isn’t right.”

“Anyone can become angry – that is easy, but to be angry with the right person at the right time, and for the right purpose and in the right way – that is not within everyone’s power and that is not easy.”

“How much more grievous are the consequences of anger than the causes of it.”—————————–
