Turmeric on its own can be difficult to absorb so adding Bioperine, makes it bio-available, in essence, helping to absorb the nutrients in turmeric. And the simplest way to get Bioperine is through good old ground pepper!

You can make a large batch of this use your blender to mix all the flavors together really well then Store in your fridge in an airtight jar for up to 5 days. May drink it cold or warm.

Ingredients
1.5 to 2 cups vanilla almond, cashew, or coconut milk
1 to 2 tsp Organic honey
1 tsp ground turmeric (fresh)
1/2 tsp fresh ground ginger
1 cinnamon stick or 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of cayenne
pinch fresh ground pepper
1 tsp coconut oil (MCT)
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a small pot and bring to a simmer.
Blend and enjoy right away. (may be stored airtight in refrigerator 5 days.)

1/8 tsp cardamom optional
1 shot espresso 2 fluid oz optional
1 Peach
Hemp seeds optional

——-Fresh Whole version
2-inch ginger root washed thinly sliced
2-inch turmeric root washed thinly sliced
½ a lemon sliced save a slice for serving garnish
6 cups spring or filtered water
Honey optional
⅛ teaspoon black pepper optional
½ tablespoon coconut oil optional
INSTRUCTIONS
Place the sliced ginger, turmeric, and lemon in a small saucepan.
Add the filtered water. Bring the mixture to a boil,
then simmer for 5-10 minutes to deepen the color.
Strain and serve immediately with honey, if desired.

—–Apple Cannabis version
7 ounces fresh green apple juice, or 2 apples (remove the core.)
2 tablespoons fresh grated ginger or root washed thinly sliced.
½ teaspoon turmeric ground or fresh root washed thinly sliced
1 tablespoon pure local honey
1/16 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 mL cannabis tincture or cannabis oil, CBD (if you live in a legal state add fresh plant)
Add all to a blender, add the apples or juice, ginger, turmeric, honey, and black pepper.
Blend on high for 60-seconds or until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Gently stir in the cannabis tincture or oil and enjoy.
